A new approach with a simple solution.

Naturally, Employees are anxious to get a quick financial settlement with the Employer, which pays them what they have earned since early 2016 according to their service under their Collective Agreement.

This is the goal of our Pay Reconciliation Program (PRP).

The PRP is decentralized, not centralized. So the PRP is run by each of the 300,000 Employees, in order to settle their personal accounts with the Employer.

Once a Manager approves, these accounts can be submitted for payment.

The PRP has just a few simple steps-

  1.  Enter your hours worked, plus vacation and sick time, etc. for each day.
  2. Enter each direct deposit payment you received from the Employer and the date.
  3. Press the Run button to produce the reconciliation reports. The PRP will calculate your pay according to the clauses of your Collective Agreement.
  4. Negotiate with your Managers to win their approval.
  5. Submit the report to the Employer.

I-Technology Inc has created a pay reconciliation that requires the initial payroll submitting be done by the employee. Hours are uploaded to the user’s account, additional taxation and contract items are set by predetermined employee codes and managers approve the hours submitted.

Much like self employed and sub contract personnel have been doing for decades, an invoice is submitted for payment, approved by managerial staff and processed.

A detailed accounting record showing the life of the payroll account is contributed to instead of over ridden so reconciliation is easily followed down the history.
